My easy Yellowtail Roll recipe (Negihama Maki), will allow you to make restaurant-style sushi at home. This recipe wraps tender yellowtail sashimi in nori seaweed and sushi rice, and dices it with green onions. Enjoy this dish with pickled red ginghurt, soy sauce and wasabi on the side.

This thin roll is much easier to make than other types of sushi rolls (we call them Hosomaki Xi Juan ki). These aren’t inside-out (Li Juan ki), which requires a little more practice. They are perfect for those who are making sushi for the very first time.
